In this phase, the shape of the project is defined by bringing the ideas, desires, and needs of the clients to life, whether starting from a structure already conceived by your trusted professional or by directly assisting you with our team of technical designers.
We will welcome customization requests, offering genuine consultancy on the range of construction solutions that the CFS (Cold Formed Steel) technology allows, shaping through contextualized renderings.

Structural Design

Once the project is defined, the RevoSteel Team will proceed with the design of the CFS structure: this phase is crucial to achieve the benefits of CFS construction, precision, and speed.
Using professional software, professionals can validate construction standards, and production can shape the house by building the individual parts that make up the frame of the structure.

Production

RevoSteel Building's production is carried out at our San Giorgio Piacentino manufacturing site with Arkitech machinery, a leading brand in the production of roll forming machines for CFS, and integrated procedures certified according to the standards for the production of cold-formed steel.
Each component is profiled, progressively identified, and assembled into its structural components immediately after profiling, to be ready for transfer to the construction site and assembly in the shortest possible time.

Assembly

The RevoSteel Building system provides for pre-assembly - when possible - at the manufacturing site, to ensure higher quality of the product and to reduce construction times and costs.
The components are then transferred to the construction site for the final installation, ensuring professional transport and a quick, clean installation. Thus, the RevoSteel Building system aims to eliminate the lengthy construction phases and disorder at the construction site.

Walls and Finishes

Immediately after assembly, the process moves on to roofing and wall closures to ensure, with differentiated stratigraphies, thermal and acoustic insulation, and quickly proceed to the systems and internal and external finishes.
