A project of excellence between innovation and territory

Villa Natalia represents one of RevoSteel's flagship projects in the high-end residential sector: a luxury villa that combines technological innovation, quality materials, and deep integration with the Tuscan landscape.

Immersed in an olive grove just outside Forte dei Marmi, overlooking the majestic Apuan Alps, the villa is the result of a blend of architectural research, living comfort, and constructive creativity.

The project's guiding principles—functionality, practicality, and aesthetics—perfectly summarize the approach of the designer-owner, who personally oversaw the project.

The architectural concept of Villa Natalia revolves around the theme of permeability between interior and exterior and the modern reinterpretation of rural Tuscan architecture.

The traditional farmhouse is revisited through a skillful use of materials, proportions, and details, to create an architectural language that dialogues with the context without sacrificing contemporaneity.

The CFS structure by RevoSteel is the technological heart of the villa.

This system guarantees high structural and thermal performance, while offering design freedom and speed of construction.

The aluminum windows and doors, a contemporary reinterpretation of classic wooden frames, ensure acoustic and climate comfort, contributing to living comfort.

Completing the technological package are home automation systems, solar panels, and other integrated solutions for energy sustainability and reduced management costs, in line with the RevoSteel construction philosophy.

The Trani stone chosen for the exterior cladding recalls Tuscan farmhouses, giving the façade a natural sheen that varies with the light of day.

An important aesthetic choice, which required addressing the challenge of the weight of the natural material, overcome thanks to the solidity and precision of the RevoSteel lightweight steel system, capable of supporting even high-quality finishes without compromise.

The large arched portico becomes the symbol of the house: an architectural feature that expresses the continuity between interior and exterior and celebrates the outdoor life typical of Tuscan tradition.

The large windows open the house to the landscape, framing the view of the olive trees and the Apuan Alps, and transforming natural light into a central design element.

To complete the story of Villa Natalia, a video interview with the designer and owner will soon be available, who will share her vision, design choices, and experience of living in a house built with RevoSteel technology.
